Fireworks Fuse
Fuse is what you use to give yourself more time, or to light several fireworks from one match. We carry Reliable Fuse in two kinds.
Safety fuse is the slow one. The 3.0mm green fuse burns at about 15 to 20 or 25 to 30 seconds per foot, depending on the roll. Add a length to a short fuse and you get time to light it and walk well clear before it goes.
Quick fuse is the fast one. It is part of Reliable Fuse's FAF Series and is used to link cakes, artillery shells and rockets so they fire together. The white quick fuse burns at about half a second per foot, so a chain goes off almost at once. The yellow one burns at about 2 to 3 seconds per foot, which spaces the shots out into a volley.
Cut fuse with a sharp blade, keep the rest sealed in its bag away from heat and damp, and use it outdoors only. Never hold a lit fuse in your hand. Reserve online and pay at pickup in Caddo Mills.

Multiply the delay you want by the burn rate on the pack. On a 25 to 30 second per foot roll, 1 foot gives you roughly 25 to 30 seconds.
How should I store fuse?
Keep it sealed in its bag, somewhere dry and away from heat. Damp fuse can burn unevenly or go out.
