Terms of Use and Reservation Terms

These terms apply to dynamitefireworkssuperstore.com (the "site") and to reservations made through it. The site is run by Justice Enterprises LLC, doing business as Dynamite Fireworks Superstore ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

A reservation asks us to hold items for you. It is not a completed sale. You can reserve before a season opens, but pickup is only on or after that season's opening day, during store hours.

Payment at pickup

We do not take payment online. You pay in full in the store when you pick up. Texas sales tax (currently 8.25%) is added at pickup.

No shipping

We do not ship fireworks, ever. All orders are local pickup only at 5159 I-30, Caddo Mills, TX 75135.

Prices and errors

We work to keep prices and product details correct, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we may correct the price at pickup or cancel that item, and we will tell you before you pay. Prices online may differ from prices in the store, and coupons and price matches are handled at the counter.

Availability

Items are subject to availability. Photos are examples, and packaging may differ. If an item you reserved is not available, we will let you know and may offer a similar item. You are never charged for items you do not take.

Age requirement

Texas law does not allow fireworks to be sold to anyone under 16. We may ask for a photo ID at pickup, and we may refuse a sale when we cannot verify age. We also cannot sell to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Legal and safe use

You are responsible for using fireworks legally and safely. Fireworks are banned inside most city limits, and counties can restrict them during drought. Check your city and county rules before you light anything, follow the label on every product, and keep a safe distance. Do not light fireworks on our property, within 100 feet of any fireworks sales or storage location, or in or from a vehicle.

Seasons and cancellations

Our seasons follow Texas law and local orders. Some seasons depend on county approval, and a county can restrict sales during drought. If a season is cancelled or changed, we may cancel reservations for that season. Because you pay at pickup, no refund is needed for a cancelled reservation.

Site content

The site's text, photos and logos belong to us or our partners. Please do not copy them without permission. The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
