These terms cover the text message program from Justice Enterprises LLC, doing business as Dynamite Fireworks Superstore.

What you are signing up for

When you sign up, you agree to get recurring automated marketing text messages from Dynamite Fireworks Superstore at the mobile number you give us. Messages may include season opening dates, store hours, coupons, specials and reservation updates.

Consent is not required to buy

You do not have to agree to texts to make a reservation or buy anything from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message to confirm you are unsubscribed, and you will get no more texts unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
