Visit Us in Caddo Mills, TX
You will find us at 5159 I-30, Caddo Mills, TX 75135, on the south side of I-30 at Exit 83, on the frontage road in Hunt County. We are about halfway between Royse City and Greenville, east of the Dallas area. We are a seasonal store. We open during the legal Texas seasons, and our hours change from one season to the next. The current hours are posted on this page. If you are making a long drive, call us first at (972) 977-5193 and we will confirm we are open. Directions from I-30 (Exit 83)
Heading east (from Dallas, Rockwall, Royse City)
From Dallas, Rockwall or Royse City, take I-30 east. Take Exit 83 for FM 1565. The store is on the south side of I-30, on the frontage road at 5159 I-30.
Heading west (from Greenville, Commerce)
From Greenville or Caddo Mills, take I-30 west. You will pass Exit 85 (FM 36, Caddo Mills) first. Take Exit 83 for FM 1565 and cross under I-30 to the south side. The store is on the frontage road at 5159 I-30.
Exit 83 is the FM 1565 interchange. If your map app sends you a different way, follow the signs for FM 1565 and the frontage road. Parts of I-30 in this area may have construction, so give yourself extra time.
Parking
Free parking is on site in the lot we share with Dynamite Food Park.
Dynamite Food Park next door
Dynamite Food Park is right next door, in the same lot. It has food trucks, so you can eat before or after your visit and make one stop of it. Truck lineups and hours are on dynamitefoodpark.com.
What to bring
Bring a photo ID. Texas law sets an age limit, and we may ask to see it. Bring your order confirmation if you have one, on your phone or printed. Bring a list, so you remember what you need for your plans. Make room in your vehicle, and keep it cool and out of the sun on the drive home. Leave pets at home, and keep a close eye on kids in the parking lot.
