Why a separate store? Wedding sparklers are their own thing. Couples and planners need to think about burn time, smoke, how many guests will hold one, and what the venue allows. On smoke, gold sparklers are the low-smoke choice. Colored ones use added metals like magnesium for their color and give off more smoke, which can haze up photos. Dallas Sparklers is set up for those questions, so we send wedding orders their way.
A few safety basics still apply. Ask your venue about its rules before you buy. Many venues require a specific type of sparkler or do not allow them at all. Keep a bucket of water or sand at the end of the line for used sparklers, have someone in charge of lighting, and hold sparklers away from hair, veils and clothing. Sparklers can burn at about 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the CPSC.
