Color Smoke and Gender Reveal Fireworks

This category covers color smoke items and gender reveal pieces. Smoke balls, smoke grenades and smoke tubes give off thick colored smoke and work best in daylight, which makes them popular for photos, parties and reveals. Our list also includes gender reveal cakes for families who want a reveal with aerial effects.

For a reveal, plan the moment ahead of time. Pick a wide open spot with the wind at your back so the smoke drifts away from the crowd, and set up the camera first. Have one adult light the item while everyone else watches from a safe distance.

Colored smoke is still a burning firework. Never hold a smoke item that is not designed to be held, and never use one indoors or near dry grass. Smoke can irritate eyes and lungs, so keep people out of the cloud. Large gender reveal fires have made national news, so take dry, windy days seriously and do not light anything during a burn ban.

Some smoke items are call for price. Check your city and county rules first. Reserve online and pay at pickup at our store, 5159 I-30 in Caddo Mills (Exit 83). No shipping, local pickup only.
