Rockets and Missiles

Rockets and missiles fly. A rocket uses a stick to guide it straight up, and a missile uses fins. Some items, like missile batteries, fire many small missiles from one base. Because they leave the ground and travel, they need more open space than almost anything else in the store.

There is also a Texas rule to know about. Under Texas Local Government Code section 352.051, when the Texas A&M Forest Service finds drought conditions in a county, that county's commissioners court can prohibit or restrict the sale or use of "skyrockets with sticks" and "missiles with fins" in the unincorporated parts of the county. Counties can also cancel a whole season for drought. So check the current Hunt County order and the rules where you plan to shoot before you buy, and we will tell you at pickup if any restriction applies.

Launch rockets from a sturdy launch tube or stand, aimed straight up, far from houses, trees, dry grass and people. Never launch from your hand.
