Scatter Bombs are 6-inch canister shells from Winda, sold under the Bright Star label. They round out a Winda shell show alongside other 6-inch sets.

Shell kits are reloadable. You drop one shell into the tube, light the fuse and step back, then wait for the tube to clear before the next. Read the instructions on the box, set the tube on flat, firm ground in an open area and keep people and buildings well away. Never lean over the tube.
