Novaburst is a Raccoon Fireworks set of 12 preloaded, ready to shoot shells, as the box says. Each shell sits in its own tube, so there is no mortar to load. The box art is pink and yellow with a red creature.
Twelve shells make a tidy segment on their own, or you can fire them between cakes to keep the sky busy. Set the tubes on firm, level ground with space between them, light from the side and give each one a moment after it fires before you walk up.
