Neon Beef is a Winda kit of 24 canister shells in the 5-inch size, with about 60 grams of powder in each shell. Half of the shells open into mines and the rest are direct aerial blooms, so the show changes up as it goes.
Shell kits are reloadable. You drop one shell into the tube, light the fuse and step back, then wait for the tube to clear before the next. Read the instructions on the box, set the tube on flat, firm ground in an open area and keep people and buildings well away.
