Hurly Burly is a Brothers Pyro fountain in a tall round tube wrapped in feather art. The label says it emits showers of sparks. It is a ground item that sprays upward from where it sits, not a cake that shoots into the sky.
Fountains like this make good openers and fillers between louder items. Set it on a flat, hard surface where it cannot tip over, light the fuse at arm's length and step back. Let it cool before anyone picks it up.
