Highballin' is a tube fountain from Brothers Pyrotechnics, item BP4293, in a yellow and orange wrap. Retailers list a run of about 70 seconds. It stays on the ground, so there is nothing flying overhead.
Expect blue stars with gold crackling glitter, then red and green stars with gold and silver chrysanthemums, with silver crackling and whistling throughout. Set it on a hard, level surface, light the fuse and get away. Do not hold it in your hand. It works well as a longer filler between bigger items.
