Heavy Rains is a Brothers Pyrotechnics Heavy Weights cake with paint splashes and umbrellas on a black box. It is marked 56 shots and carries the item number BP2851. One fuse fires the whole cake.
The label says it shoots flaming balls. With that many shots, it keeps the sky busy for a good stretch with no reloading. It works as a late-show pick, or a closer for a smaller backyard show. Light it on a hard, level surface and step well back.
